Rates: all rates subject to change and do not include 12.42% Hawaii State and Hotel Taxes.

Minimum Stay: Guest Rooms - three (3) nights, Cottage - six (6) nights.

Check-in: After 3:00pm. 

Check-out: before 11:00am.

Payment requirement: A 50% deposit will secure your booking, (must be received within seven days of reservation).  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (Personal checks, Money order or Travelers checks are accepted).
